Why soy?
We believe in creating candles that are better for you, your home, and the environment. Our candles are made with 100% American-grown natural soy wax, a renewable resource derived from soybeans — not petroleum. Soy wax burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax, producing little to no soot. It's also biodegradable and easy to clean up with simple soap and water. Choosing soy means choosing sustainability, quality, and a candle you can feel good about burning.
Do you use dyes in your candles?
No, we don't use dyes in our candles. We keep our wax natural and clean to ensure a pure, even burn without added chemicals or colorants... just beautiful, simple candlelight the way it's meant to be.
What are the wicks made from?
Our wicks are made from natural cotton with a paper core, designed for a clean, even burn and steady flame. They're non-toxic and free from lead, zinc, and other harmful metals—so you can enjoy a beautiful, consistent candle glow without excess smoke or soot.
What is your "Safe and Clean Commitment"?
Our commitment is to create candles that are safe and non-toxic; products we feel good about using in our own home. We only use fragrance oils that are free from acute toxins, organ toxins, CMRs, phthalates, and any ingredients on the California Prop 65 list, so you can enjoy your candles confidently while filling your space with beautiful aromas. If products don't meet these requirements, we don't use them.
What size candle should I purchase?
It's truly a personal preference! But here are a few tips to help with your decision:
- 4oz: Best as a sample candle or small space candle (smaller rooms, bathrooms, etc.) These candles may struggle to fill bigger rooms with scent unless you have multiple.
- 9oz: A popular go-to without a crazy commitment. This size does well in most mid-size rooms, unless you desire a very strong scent. For larger, open spaces, we recommend having more than one.
- 16oz: This size is recommend for large spaces, or if you have found a scent that you have completely fallen in love with!
How do I care for my soy candle?
To get the best burn from your candle, trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use. This helps prevent soot and keeps the flame steady. When you light your candle, especially for the first time, let it burn long enough for the melted wax to reach all the way to the edges of the jar—soy has a "memory," and this helps prevent tunneling, where wax is left on the side of the jar. For safety, avoid burning your candle longer than 3-4 hours at a time, and always keep it on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, pets, and little hands. Enjoy your cozy glow!

My candle is "tunneling", what happened?
Tunneling happens when the candle wasn't burned long enough before extinguishing. Be sure to let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (typically about 2-3 hours) to prevent buildup on the sides.
What is a "Scent Discovery Box"?
Can’t choose just one scent? Want to try them all? We get it. Our Scent Discovery Boxes are the perfect way to explore! Each curated sampler box brings together three thoughtfully selected fragrances, making it easy to discover new favorites. Each box is a little journey for your senses that is ready to gift, share, or enjoy all to yourself. Sent selections vary.
Can I return my jar for a discount?
Yes! If you return your clean jar with lid, we'll give you $1 off your next purchase. (Only valid for in-person transactions).
To clean your jar, you can place it in the freezer for a bit and pop out the wax, or run it under hot water and wipe out any wax with a paper towel. Then, clean with hot water and soap.
Pro tip: extend the scent by using your leftover wax in a wax melter!
How long does it take to receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, within 7 business days of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We aim to have pickup orders ready in 3-5 business days.
How often do you change scents?
We have our signature line which will remain available throughout the year. We'll change other collections with the seasons so you always have a candle to fit the vibe.
