Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees, including optional shipping insurance, which is available upon request. Please e-mail us if you’d like to add insurance. We do not automatically ship with signature confirmation but can include it if specifically requested.

Please double- and triple-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rock Village Candle Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, closed, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Once your package leaves our facility, Rock Village Candle Company cannot guarantee delivery times. Transit delays or lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and any claims must be filed directly with them.

International Orders: Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Any “return to sender” packages caused by an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address must be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
