Refund policy
At Rock Village Candle Company, all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our items—hand-poured candles—used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product is damaged during shipment, we will replace or refund it if photographic proof is submitted within 7 days of delivery. If you receive the wrong item or are missing a product from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returning Unused Products
Unused products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@rockvillagecandles.com before sending a return.
